  • It is best practice to get a facial monthly to ensure optimal skin health, especially in our climate.

  • It is best that you book a bespoke facial first so we can assess your skin and concerns so we can accurately advise whether advanced treatments are suitable for you.

    Needling treatments are not recommended for those who are pregnant and some chemical peels.

  • The SkinPen® is the first FDA and MedSafe approved needling device.

    This treatment provides 3 million micro channels per treatment, which is unmatched compared to any other Microneedling device on the market. This highly effective treatment can not only reduce signs of aging but enhance your skin’s overall appearance, too.

    The SkinPen® treatment is safe for all skin types and promotes effortless healing to address acne scars, fine lines, and wrinkles. It can also be used to decrease the appearance of stretch marks. It's a fast and safe method that initiates the production of collagen and elastin in your skin.

    Our bodies respond to the treatment by producing new cells and extracellular materials (like elastin and collagen) to heal. The SkinPen® initiates this natural process with a finely-tuned Microneedling pen by creating hundreds of temporary micro-sized openings in your skin. These small openings are created with the SkinPen®’s disposable needle cartridge, which achieves results without thermal energy or chemicals applied to the skin.

    While multiple sessions are typically recommended to achieve optimal results depending on your specific goals, noticeable changes can be seen just one week after treatment and gradually improve as the body’s healing process begins to take effect. Side effects are similar to a mild sunburn, such as redness, tenderness, and some swelling.

    Please note: This treatment also includes optional topical anaesthetic to ensure comfort.

  • You need to wait two weeks after botox and four to six weeks after fillers. This is to ensure that the product is settled into your skin. Please book with this in mind. Unfortunately, if you have booked within this period and turn up for your appointment, we cannot do the service and you will be charged.

  • Yes. All online bookings require a 25% deposit to secure your booking. If this is not paid at the time of booking, this appointment will NOT be confirmed and another person can take this spot.

  • What a fab gift! You should have a code on your gift voucher. If you do not have a code- please contact us to request yours so you can book online.

  • If you are late to your appointment, that cuts into the time you spend with me and your service will end at the time originally booked as this will not affect the following client’s booking and the full appointment cost will be charged. Please plan your trip (and parking) accordingly.

  • We have a 48 hour minimum cancellation request.

    If you cancel or reschedule prior to the 48 hour window, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment. If it is cancelled within 48 hours of the booking, your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

    Cancellations within 24 hours, or no shows will be charged the entire amount of the service booked. It is not possible for me to fill the space with such short notice and my time is limited.

    Deposits are non-refundable but they can be held on file for you next appointment and do not expire.

    FIRST TIME CLIENTS MUST ARRIVE FIVE MINUTES PRIOR TO THEIR APPOINTMENT. This is to ensure that there is time for the client sheets to be completed and doesn't cut into your treatment time.

  • We enforce a strict No refund policy with our Memberships, pre-purchased Packages + Gift Vouchers and trust your understand our need to do so.

    T&Cs:

    Non-transferable - Vouchers have an expiry 6 Months from date of issue. Not redeemable for cash.

    Pre-purchased Packages are for Services only and cannot be used against retail purchases.

    Vouchers are redeemable for services ONLY. Packages and Retail are separate.

    Bookings must be made for each appointment and subject to availability.

    We have the right to refuse LED services if used in excess and making it harder for others to access this service.

    We have the right to terminate this contract at any point if this service is being abused.

    You must attend with a clean face. We cannot facilitate this for each client as we will be busy with other clients.

    After the payment period, you may cancel your subscription at any point. Please make note of the billing cycle as we cannot refund so you will need to cancel before the next billing period.

  • Due to many reasons including hygiene, unfortunately we are unable to give refunds on any products unless defective. If products are defective, you will be required to bring it in or send it back so we can assess the issue. If we agree with the defective product, we will refund at our discretion.

    We also do not offer refunds on services. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us so we can help remedy the situation if we see fit.

  • Please come alone to your appointment. We DO NOT allow children at Golden Hour due to insurance policies and legal contracts in place. We also have very expensive medical grade equipment, heavy objects and chemicals- as well as very inviting products that little hands love to touch. We understand that it may be difficult to find suitable care for your child during your appointment, but we prefer that you have your uninterrupted self-care time.

    It puts us in a very uncomfortable situation when clients bring their children in with them to their appointment so we do have a blanket rule for this. If you arrive to your appointment with your child, unfortunately the appointment will be cancelled and there will be a charge so please plan accordingly.

    All booking policies still apply.

  • Our system automatically deducts this from the card you have booked with. If this declines, you will be sent a payment request and unfortunately will not be able to book your future appointment until this balance is paid.

  • We have Afterpay online and in store for treatments and products.

    Please note: You cannot pay your deposit or buy a voucher online with Afterpay.

  • Absolutely! We also have a pick up option for locals too.

    DUE TO OUR HOURS- We post on Tuesdays-Fridays.

    SHIPPING: Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be fulfilled and a further business day for the courier to pick it up. You will receive a tracking number once fulfilled.

    PICK UP: Please contact to arrange a time for pick ups to minimise the disturbance of services. If you choose to have someone collect your order for you, please let us know to avoid confusion. We are open Tuesday-Saturday for pick ups unless advised otherwise. See instagram for latest updates.
